Sharp turns Moan and 4x4 sound rough

When ever I make a sharp turn I hear a moan like I am low on steering fluid but its full. Also when i put it in 4 wheel drive its sound and feels real rough?? Any Ideas?

I know by past experience that sometimes the factory doesn't bleed all the air out of the PS/brake system. Does your brakes cause a moan also? If it does then it could be air in the system. The only thing that cured mine was to turn the steering wheel lock to lock as fast as I could about 10 times. She tried to bind and made awful moaning noises, then everything was nice and smooth. I did this about a year ago and haven't had any more problems since. Now I can turn the wheels with one finger in the driveway with 35" tires.
