2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Shaving tires

Does anybody know if there are still places with the equipment to shave tires? I have 2 severely flat spotted tires that still have 1/2 tread left on them (next time the deer dies). They were thumping so bad at 40 mph I pulled them off and put the old Michelins back on. My Les Schwab tire dealer says deer are not considered a road hazard... ...

... but they are a grill hazard... unless you have a deer strainer bumper.

Doubt it but check with a local Big Rig shop as they usualy have links to "Cutter Shops"

Turbo Horseman, what exactly is a "deer strainer" bumper? I do have a WAAG grille guard on and it does roll the smaller deer under the truck fairly well.
