I had the oil changed last week at the dealer. Brought Rottella and a filter. I am driving today and notice a little oil leak under my truck and investigate looks like something above the diff. ARG! I run to town and while running I see behind the computer panel oil is spraying down the drivers side of my motor. Made it to the dealer. I am worried! No oil leak around the oil filter. Any ideas what it could be? Is there any oil lines by the computer box maybe going to the pump for fuel or... . I couldn't see it. I've only had the truck since Feb. 08 2500 Ram.

Just got it back and it was covered by warranty! There is a oil galley back behind there and in other applications is the motors dip stick. It popped a plug, a lot of oil!!!

Happened to me when I did an engine replacement on a bus. Cummins painted over the plastic plugs, and I missed it/took it for being a steel plug since the one I pulled for the oil dipstick was steel. Bus made it 5 miles and started to spew forth it's life blood.

Got the call that they pulled off the interstate, but were unsure what exit, just follow the trail of oil.
