I am all for gun control. That is why I use two hands to hold it! In all seriousness, I do like the background checks to somewhat help with crime, but to take them away from law-abiding citizens would render us much like our friends across the big blue. No help unless the law happens to be right there. I love cops, but I know there is no way to be in all places at all times. Let the people (law-abiding citizens) protect and defend themselves. This can grow to a heated subject so I won't go any further, but I do like Condie's view on the subject.
