Shell/Cap with Kawasaki 4x4 quad

I was thinking about this addition for the trips upstate with my two labs. As of right now thay get the back seat. Only problem is they turn my back seat into one giant glob of hair! Opening the windows after a trip with them yields a hurricane of hair for which there is no escaping!



Problem is I sometimes throw my Kawasaki 650 4x4 in the back. Has anybody been able to fit their quads inside under the cap without removing it? I'm thinking it would have to be one of the high roof ones. Model numbers and/or pics would be helpful! -Thanks!

If you some help with that, you need to give us the ground to bars measurement for clearance.



I'm lookin' at the same type of thing, and I'm leaving tomorrow to go pick up a shell I had built. All steel with roof racks for gear and double doors on the back. I went cab high, but they'll go higher.

I have a Raven High Top cap on my truck and my Polaris Sportsman fits in the bed under the cap.

I have a Caravan (maybe see you up in Reno this weekend, Sarj!) that is about 4" higher than the cab. I can't get my friends Honda in there. The doors are a little too short. I think it is a Rubicon. It is tall! It wouldn't be a problem with one of the 2wd sport types or maybe a smaller 4x4, but the big one won't do it :{ . Wish it would. When I bought the cap 11 years ago, that wasn't an issue. If it was, they will build you one to fit whatever you want. I've seen some on work trucks that have 12-16" over caps.
