2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Shift Knob Removel?

How do I get the Shift knob off? Its a six speed. If its srewed on it sure is tight! TIA

I never looked at the '03's yet, but I'm sure it's the same as mine, you pop the plastic cap off the top of the knob using a small screwdriver, then loosen and remove the nut underneath, and spin off the knob.
