Shift Knob

[Stroke This 24V]

Does anyone know if you can replace the shift knob on the 6 speed? If so is it splined or threaded or both?

What's wrong... . getting tired of that shift pattern tab spinning 'round and 'round the top of the shifter knob? I sure am!

It's treaded!!! It is also a "bitc*" to get off. you will probably ruin it . . I did .

It's threaded on and real easy to take out. First use a tiny screwdriver to pry the shift pattern piece out of the shift knob. There will be a big jambnut that you need a 15mm socket to loosen and unscrew. Now just unscrew the shift knob... that's it.
