Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) shift points

Does anybody make a module to adjust the shift points of the transmission? I already have an ATS converter and valve body.

The problem is I am running 35 in tires and 4. 10 gears. The transmission is either searching or when I get on it , it short shifts third gear! Any info would be great, don't know if ATS can help or if it is a computer problem.
