Who knows the size and thread pattern on our shift levers? I've Got a friend to make me some custom knobs if I can figure out the size.
Thanks, Scott

It's metric on my 98. I used Hurst T-Handles on my transmission and transfer case. Bought the one with 4 different size metric fittings. Find the one that fits and screw it into the handle and use the same size jam nut.

It's real close to 3/8-16 on my 2000 5-speed (knob P/N 52104174).

Perhaps a bilingual member can translate to metric.

Thread size should be M10 x 1. 5 #ad

I got a nice Hurst brushed aluminum shifter handle a few years ago. It looked nice and was comfortable in my hand.

I realized why the factory uses a HEAVY rubber knob.

I noticed more vibration & transmission noise coming from the shifter handle & shaft. It is worse during the winter.
