Shifter knob??????

Hey guys, I am looking for a new shifter knob. I saw one that I liked on a truck one time, but didnt ask about it. It was brown leather and it had a concho in the middle with an initial on it. Has anyone ever seen one of these and happen to know where I can find one? Someone I work with said they saw them in the "Western Horseman" magazine, but I dont subscribe to it, so I wouldnt know.
