Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
1993 Dodge 250 cummings, 2 wheel drive,automatic,and 126k all stock.
Will shift into 3rd at freeway speeds and won't come out. At lower speeds
around 40 or so will shift back and forth from 4th to 3rd.
Transmission has been checked by 2 shops and is in excellent condition.
We replaced the speed sensor and checked all wires and tested the TBS and load tested all wires. All connections were cleaned and checked.
New battery cables were installed. Speedo moves like crazy and the check engine light even came on once and then went off.
Speedo also moved once when at a stand still.
Temperature has not effect on the problem.
