Shock Absorber Question

Guys, I acquired a set of shocks from a 2010 Ram Diesel, that were taken off the new truck, when the dealer put a lift kit on, before it was sold. I got them from a technician friend of mine for my truck. Since I sold my truck, I thought I'd sell the shocks. A guy with an '06 Mega Cab wants them, so I'm trying to figure out if they will work on his truck. Any help would be appreciated.

The shocks I had on my 06 3/4 ton will fit my '12 dually. Just look up part numbers. That should tell you. Mine were Monroe shocks.
