shop in E. Mesa or Apache Junction Az

I need to have cam position sensor replaced or trouble shooted. Looking for a reputable shop in the Mesa or Apache Junction, Az. area. Will the cps get so bad that the truck will not run? Should I stay with a cummins replacement part?! Merry Christmas. Truck is a early 2001.
