Shop Manual??

I went to Cummins to get the Cummins Shop Manual, they said no problem just provide the engine serial number. I gave them the number and their computer says it is not available. The parts rep thinks that Dodge may have a deal with Cummins not to provide the Manual to Dodge Owners. Has anyone else tried this and been denied the manual? If so what is the recommended manual for the CTD?... . Thanks

I dont know what year model you have ,but I have a brand new manual for the 96s for sale. Check classifieds.

Your profile shows you have an 01. Best bet is to go to the back of your owners manual and find the order form. You can call or order thru the mail. If you need the order information PM me and I'll get it for you when I get home.

I after making inquiries on the roundtable, I used the form in the back of owners manual and got the manual for my '02. Not cheap, but seems to be thorough except you have to hunt for the sections you want. The index and tabs are wierd.

I knew where everything was on my 1990, but the '02 is different. Not as easy to get to either.
