Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) shops near Tucson for head gasket?

We are on our way to Tucson, AZ and the head gasket has let go, still driveable but dumps out the antifreeze under WOT. I will be in Tucson after the New Year and need to have the repairs done but I only know of Desert Diesel and they are usually booked up. Could anyone reccomend another shop I could get this done at? If I were at home I would do it myself but of course I don't have the necessary tools with me.



I have been thinking of different repairs (studs, o-rings, etc) and would like some recomendations on which method would be best for my application.

Does anyone know of a shop to repair a headgasket on a 12 valve in Arizona?

I have had good luck with Tucson Driveline. They are on stone south of Grant. It is a father/son operation and they work on Cummins ALL the time. Not the cheapest, but they will do it right.

I've heard of a shop just outside of Tucson, in Oracle that does Diesel work. I will try to find the name and address.
