Short shift kit for 03 6 spd

Anyone installed the short shift kit for the 03 6 spd?. If so how is it?

i installed one on mine and it was pretty nice. just a bit shorter than i would have liked so i removed it. it's currently for sale if you want to give it a try and save a few bucks in the process. send me a pm if interested.

After about 1k miles on it, it has "smoothed" out on the fwd shifts (it was "rough" when it went in). To get to the backup gear, its still "rough" but I expect that to smooth out over the years. Now that I'm used to the pattern, I like it. That being my only "complaint" (we all want it cheaper but... ). Havent had any leaks or other problems with it. I did grease the bushings and pivot cup before install and it still need a "break-in". Could also say it was "notchie" at first.
