Shortbed Chevy Crewcab Dodge Or Chevy Frame?

The plan is a shortbed chevy crewcab 4x4 with a cummins. The cummins is in an 89 regularcab. The chevy is a 4x4 crewcab. Would it be easier to put a piece in the dodge frame and fab bodymounts or put the cummins in the chevy?Also what is involved to convert a two wheel drive Getrag to mate to a 205 case from an auto or is it possible? Any info on this conversion would be really helpful.

Just put the Cummins in the Chevy,way to much to swap/cut the frame.



Does your Chevy CC 4x4 have a straight axle ?If so than I sell engine mounts and engine crossmembers ,very little work to do this.

You could just use a divorced 205 transfer case with no issues



I have one avalible in you need one with a cross member



I have mounts avalible as well
