I have a Cummins out of a 1995 2500 Dodge, I have put it in a C#X^$ trk. The fuel shut-off solenoid has three wires coming out of it[ RED-WHITE-BLACK ]. Can some one tell where each of the three wires go ? I don't want to burn the solenoid up. THANK YOU

The solenoid has two coils in it. One to lift it up and the second to hold it open.

Black is the ground. White is the pull. Red is hold

The pull coil draws about 40 amps so the white and black have to be large wire. The hold draws very little so you can get away with small wire for it. You will need a 70 amp automotive style relay for the pull coil that is activated by the start circuit from the ignition switch. Some conversions don't bother with the fuel solenoid. They use a pull cable instead.
