Shutter from take off

Having a problem with take off sometimes my 04 3500 feels like I am stuck other times she'll take off just fine. 23,000 miles miles so far. Guys at the dealership cant seem to find whats wrong (I think there just code searchin).

Any ideas?

Be more specific. From a stop till how fast? Manual or automatic transmission? Have you changed the suspension in any way? Always done it or just started? Loaded or unloaded?

Automatic transmission stock, no suspensions changes. From a stop only after I've been driving for awhile up to about 10mph. Doesnt mater if Im loaded or unloaded. Almost feels like the brakes are still on. It started about 5,000 miles ago.

Shudder from a stop up to 10mph? My money is on pinion angle. Have you checked/changed the fluid in the rear end? It would be a good idea to change it and have a look in there to be sure things still look good.
