shuttle shift

After replacing the gov. sol. and transducer I have a light throttle shuttle shift between one and two at about ten to twelve MPH should I move the TV cable toward the front of the truck or toward the back of the truck?

Try first the Basic adjustment. No slack at 0 Throttle. And check for the return spring down at the lever at the transmission.
Then if you do it with more pre tension the transmission will shift later. with less pre tension aka slack it will shift earlier.
try it both ways, just make sure you have marked the position where you start from to come back to it if needed.
