side air bags

Do the side air bags make the door panels stick out any? I guess what I'm try to ask is what is the difference between side air bag door panel and one without the air bags???

I was asking for a friend. He's the only guy in the world that doesn't own a computer.

I test drove about 5 new trucks and on had the side airbags. The truck with the side air bags had more road noise traveling down the freeway about 70 mph.

Does this make sense or could that truck have an air leak somewhere.

I've got side air bags and notice no unusual road noise. Tell your friend he won't notice any difference... and while you're at it, let him know that I have a Commodore 64 he can have.

I don't even know they are there except for the little logo on the headliner. I hope I never find out how well they work although it is nice to know they are there. My wife insisted on them when I ordered the truck.

Better hang on to it, it will soon be an antique and be worth big bucks. I doubt there is a browswer for it so he wouldn't be able to get on TDR anyway.
