sight malfunction???

Whats the deal I cant access my user control panel. No drop downs from "discussion forums" just goes right to all the different discussion forums???? Is something down or ????

What he said. I am not having the problem at the moment on this computer but over the weekend at home I had the same thing happen. Curious
