Any of you TDR members install a "Signal Mirror" retrofit on your stock RAM mirrors from MUTH Mirror Systems http://www.kwmuth.com/index.htm ? What do you think?

That would be cool in the trailering mirrors, (elephant ears).

Alaska Bee, do you know ballpark costs involved with these? Do they fit the heated, power mirrors? How do you install them?? Look really nice--I wish DC would put them on as an option like the phords.

Andy Perreault installed them on his Ram when he retrofitted the '98+ electric mirrors to his '97. I followed him when we were convoying home from Dyno Days in April... man do those things get your attention! I would have already added them to my Ram except... I'm waiting for the new (heated) version of the Powervision mirrors. I believe I heard Andy say the "Signal Mirrors" were quite expensive. Andy, what's the scoop?

Looks like $250ish for heated, $200ish for non heated. Includes everything for the job (except beer). The instructions that they have for download make it look pretty easy.

Maybe a group purchase could bring the price down?

I think they look too much like the mirrors on the Lincoln Navigator. You know, the 7000lb urban assault vehicle, I mean SUV!
