Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) silencer ring and muffler went bye bye

I removed my muffler and silencer ring today. Now I am just hoping i didn't void my warrenty?

when i did mine the dealer told me as long as its just the muffler and not the thing they call the catalitic converter that i was fine,and putting in an after market air filter like K&N was also fine but the s ring can be put back in if it has to go back for warrenty.
