Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Silencer ring retainer clip?????

I was thinking of removing the silencer ring for while to evaluate the turbo whistle for my liking. I have read a lot of warnings not to replace the silencer ring without purchasing a new retainer clip.



Is the retainer clip a dealer item????
