Simple but maddening lumbar support issue

My driver side lumbar support control knob started spinning uselessly, and I no longer have lumbar support which I need! I unscrewed the knob and found an inner white threaded, plastic part which used to turn a metal bar which, I suppose, activates the "lumbar support". That plastic threaded part has cracked off at its internal end. I have spent hours on the factory parts website and have got nowhere. Anyone know anything about this part and its number? 2005 5. 9L Quad Cab SLT
