Single A-Pillar

Does any one know where to purchase a single A-Pillar for a 2004. 5 Ram. I have the grab handles and I would like to keep them. I only want a single Pillars as I'm going to use the S. P. A dual digital gauge. Not for sure if anyone is manfacturing any of them yet.

the factory mopar one is a complete replacment pillar piece with a molded in gauge pod from the dodge ram srt-10 truck... goes for like $40 usd or so...
