I changed both front calipers on my 99 2500 due to a frozen left side caliper. I bled the brakes the same way I always have but the pedal feels real funky and sinks 3/4 of the way to the floor while stopping. There are no leaks anywhere and I have bled the brakes a dozen times with no change. The service manual states that one way to check the booster is to pump the brakes with the engine off then hold the brake down and start the engine. It says the pedal should push back up to normal. I tried this and the pedal stays down. Do you think the booster went bad? How else can I check the booster to see if it is at fault .Thanks, Charlie.
