What do I need to get Sirius XM in the 2003 with the factory RBK radio?

Does the RBK radio contain any body control computers, chime, or other things aside of a plain radio? I like the factory look but I am not finding a lot of available parts to add XM or Sirius to the stock RBK radio. Seriously considering an aftermarket radio. The higher sound quality appears to be on the XM side of the merged company due to technical details although either receiver 'brand' would do.

Don't want to use an FM modulator or non-integrated tuner.

Short of using the factory RBK radio anyone have a aftermarket radio they recommend?

Ive been watching this post hoping to see an answer as I've been wondering the same thing... guess there must not be a lot of experience with this or the holidays are keeping people away. I'll keep looking and watching and post if I can find anything.

If the radio is not Sirrius/XM ready you can buy an adapter that plugs into the antanae (SP?) port of any radio. Pull the radio from the dash, plug the Sirius adapter into the back of your radio and the vehicle antanae plug back into the Sirius unit. It has the same sound quality as if you had a sirius compatable radio and plugged your Sirius receiver into your radio. This is how I've got my Sirius connected to my truck and the Satellite radio sounds of better quality then tuning into any FM radio station.
