site down for alittle bit?

Just wondering if something is going on i couldnt get on about 20 minutes ago. .

It wasn't down but it was unreachable from ~11:25-11:55 eastern. There was a problem on the backbone right in Atlanta (at the same place that had trouble last week incidently). It wasn't a problem with our host facility or the servers - they were both plugging along fine waiting for someone to talk to them .
