Site or bumper shield

I plan on ordering one for my truck, does anyone have a list or know of what exactly it will entail to install this on my truck?

For those who are wondering what a site shield is, its the plastic insert behind your front bumper that the fog lights sit in.

ST models don't come with em and I dont like the look without it.

Be aware that the sight shields for trucks with fog lamps differ (larger round opening) from the sight shields for trucks without fog lamps.



Here are your part numbers:



5507 6600 — SHIELD, Bumper w/o Fog Lamps, Right

5507 6601 — SHIELD, Bumper w/o Fog Lamps, Left

55076 786AB — SHIELD, Bumper w/Fog Lamps, Right

55076 787AB — SHIELD, Bumper w/Fog Lamps, Left



They appear to be attached with two plastic "pop" rivets at their lower edge.

Site shield

Thomas, thanks for the info, also since my truck does not have the site shields and the fog lights install in the site shield it should not matter if I get with or without fog lights? I would like to install fog lights in the site shields.

you will have to remove the bumper to install the sight shields. For what it is worth the sight shields are included in the factory fog light kit.

Bob, thanks for the info, I did not know the site shields came in the factory fog light kit, that will be easier to order... you by chance dont have a p/n for the factory kit?
