Site unavailable from about 3:25-4:10pm eastern

The site was unavailable from about 3:25pm-4:10pm eastern time today. It wasn't a problem on our end or at the hosting facility. There were major internet trunk problem with qwest (one of the biggest backbone carriers) in Chicago, Washington DC, and Atlanta (where our servers are located). They had a 50% packet loss rate in all three of those hubs when I checked.
