Site unavailable from approximately 4am-9am

I was doing some work with the slave server last night right before I went to bed which was around 4 am. The slave server freaked out and was sending request after request to the master on the high speed local net between the two. That locked up mysql on the main server due to too many requests coming through. I checked at ~9 am when I got up and saw that the main server was rejecting connections, stopped the slave, and that recovered the main. Sorry for the inconvenience.
