Site was unreachable from 12:30-12:45am eastern time

The site was unreachable tonight from 12:30am-12:45am. The co-location facility is doing some upgrades on their connection to the backbone this evening and they had disconnected a line which caused the outage. The servers didn't go down during this time period there was just no way to get to them. There also seems to be some performance issues being caused by this work. I will be checking the site in the morning to see if the performance problems are still going on and will be talking with them then.

Oh, is that what it was? The phone company around here uses bobbed war fences for lines. I just figured a cow knocked one down again.
