Panic as result of hurricane Katrina

I noticed diesel prices all over the place this morning on m way to work. $2. 69 to $3. 09 on the route I take. All the stations were jammed yesterday, I couldn't even turn down my street because of the folks waiting to fuel up, (gas), and had to go around to the back side of the subdivision. All this because of the storm took out the power to the pumping stations down in the gulf area. I'll keep my fingers crossed. I'm just north of the interstate perimeter around Atlanta.
