Anyone know what size thread that is off the banjo ?

That's sorta like asking who's buried in Grants Tomb - a Schrader valve is a standard size, commonly used in Air Condition applications, and as far as I know, there is only one size in common use, so not very many guys usually bother to actually measure diameter and thread counts.

Schrader valves and related attaching fittings are usually easily available at NAPA and other auto parts houses, or auto air conditioning parts houses. What do you have in mind related to that fitting?

Also , what can I do to increase that bajno setup to a bigger size?

Banjo fittings with enlarged internal ports are available thru several TDR sponsor businesses fairly cheaply. Or, you can do your own as displayed here:

I have my fuel pressure line hooked up to the schrader valve . Well its bugging out so I bought a snubber to stop the FP needle from vibrating .

The snubber sheet says its 1/8" NPT , so I went to napa to get an adaptor , but he couldnt find the right fitting , even took him out to the truck , he guessed it was 12mm on the schrader , but who knows . Im trying to add this snubber in there basically .

I do plan on reworking bigger fuel lines with 1/2" aluminum tubing , so I was wondering about the banjo restriction and what can be done , thx for the link .
