I just took my truck into the dealer today and they refused to address the popping noise I have in the front end due to the skyjacker coils. I had Les Schwab look at it because it started just after they balanced & rotated my tires. They said it felt like there wasn't any grease in the tie-rod ends. The boots were fine and it didn't appear to be any leaking from them. The dealer said the tie-rod ends were fine but they couldn't look any further into it because of the coils. Has anyone had a poping noise occur after installing coils? Has anyone had their front end warranty refused due to installing coils or a leveling kit? This truck only has 7700 miles on it. BTW the noise comes from both sides of the truck so I would think it is either the tie-rod ends, ball joints, or the control arms. Any other suggestions or ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks

Nathan

It started just when the suspension was bound on a turn but now it does it on flat ground. It started less than a week ago and was getting worse and worse every day until I parked it the last couple of days.
