Slide out slider bearing repair? 2003 Arctic Fox 5th wheel

Not sure what to call this. Located on the right side floor of the main slide, shown extended. It's riveted to metal. Made the most interesting noise and left parts on the floor.

How bad of a repair is this going to be? Slide still works for now.

Ah the little “Teflon” strip. Probably not too terribly bad. You can call Northwood direct, they might have a better idea and a part number/price for the replacement.
