I just bought a new 3500 a month ago, and the sliding rear window squeaks really bad. I called Dodge today, and all the trucks do this. There is nothing they can do, except silicone it closed, which is stupid. Does anyone have this problem? Do you know of any fixes for this? Thanks

Try some spray silicone. Stay away from WD-40. . It will stink up the truck and loose the new truck smell. White lithium grease should work also with NO smell. Good luck  By the way, Im deaf in the left ear and can't hear worth a poo out of the right. I doubt mine is making any noise as my wife would complain.

It should be fine

My rear window doesn't squeak but it rattles when it's open while I drive. I leave it open almost all the time except when I leave the truck. I didn't notice it when I firts bought the truck. I figure the rattle is normal under driving conditions. Can anyone else confirm?

mine gets squeaky also. i found if you open then close it it goes away for a while. i live on a dusty gravel road and i noticed alot of dust around the seals. now that the rain is here and there is no more dust the sqeak is gone. it seems that the dust getting on the seals is causing the squeaking.
