I was partially paying attention to the TV working on something else and saw a commercial for a new Toyota truck with a sliding rear windshield. But the cool thing about this windshield is that the entire windshield slides down into the back of the cab body, just like the side windows.
I tend to like sliding rear windows, but I know others do not. But I am very fascinated by this Toyota concept. It seems like it would be the perfect dog window in a truck.
Anyone else seen the commercial or have an opinion on this type of windshield? The only drawback I can think of is that in our trucks the glass would cover the cab vents on the back of the cab... well that and people like me when I was a kid who would see something like that as an opportunity to toss an egg at the driver.
