Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Slight driveline vibration/Hum Transfer Case?

On smooth, dry pavement, I'm starting to get a slight driveline vibration and hum starting around 25MPH. The vibration feels as if it is right under my seat. I also think I feel a little take-up slack when starting from a light in low gear. Trans mount and two new ujoints last week. Truck has 5sp and 193K miles.

How does the transfer case act as it approaches failure? Other ideas?

Need more info. Any aftermarket goodies? Does it go away at higher speeds? Does it engage in 4wd ok?
