Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Slight miss

Yesterday I was backing down the drive and my truck developed a miss. The truck started fine and had been running for 30 sec to 1 min. I tried bumping the go pedal to see if it would go away at higher RPM but no luck. I shut it off and restarted, No Miss... ... I drove it esterday and today no problems. Checked for codes 602 and 1693. 602 is common for SMARTY I guess and 1693 is just a companion code. So no codes... . What could cause this and should I be checking somthing else?
