I recently noticed a slight oil mist that must be coming from my 6spd manual transmission output seal. Its just a very small amount, covering the sheet metal surrounding the output. @ 90K miles.

Should I be concerned?

Check the vent it may be stopped up causing some pressure building inside. It should just unscrew with I believe a 1/2" wrench. Run some air through it to see.

My OEM one was dry when I replaced it at about 95K miles, but now 30K miles later I have a very small seep on the new one. I'm not overly concerned about it, but checking the vent is a great idea.

Are you talking about the transfer case output? I looked at your signature and see you have a 4wd. If you decide to re-seal it, I would highly recommend you buy the seal from the dealer. I bought a new seal for my 2007, 5.9 4x4 from NAPA, carefully installed it and it leaked within 1,000 miles where the yoke slips into the transfer case. Even though the seal was a NAPA part, it was made in CHINA! I bought a new one from the dealer and no issues in the 5,000 miles it has been installed
