slight vibration

I have just started noticing a slight vibration after the install of my new TC? has anyone else experienced this. It is kinda intermittent thou???

Since installing TC and brake job (w/track bar/drag link replacement) I've had a intermittent vibration most prominent around 58-68 mph. Feels just like a out of balance tire but it's not the tires or driveline. Since I did TC and brake job w/in a 100 miles of each other it's tough to troubleshoot much further w/o tearing into something. It's not as smooth as it used to be.
