Hey guys, just noticed I had a very small ( When I wipe with my finger it only gets dirty, not oily) amount of seepage coming from the connection where the driveline meets the front of the rear diff. There was a small amount of moisture present on the rear diff housing in that location. Once again, it was very minute. . is this something that the dealer needs to fix now?? Or is it normal? I went ahead and degreased it, rinsed it, and will see how long it takes for it to collect again. On a side note, my 01 did this on the side of the manual transmission housing... took it to dealer, said it was normal... and I drove it to 85,000 with absolutely no more or less seppage... I kept it degreased and had no problems... . has anyone esle noticed this on their trucks??? THanks!
