Does anyone know of any dealers in canada that sell the smarty programer. shipping,duty,and brokerage from UPS are killing me.

yeah, duty and all that crap blows large for us northerners. . but bob did get me a pretty good deal for mine. . premo service...

I send them USPS and I guess they don't charge for the duty and fees. I don't know, but I have had several guys ask me to do that instead of UPS or Fed Ex.

Diesel nut-I will try the canadian site first if not I will give you a call. Usps is much cheaper then UPS. But I have delt with a few US sites that said they will not ship Usps. I dont know why? If you are able to thats great.
