bullydog and smarty dont stack. smarty on software 3 60hp with timing is doing a great job for all the reports that I get from the field.

It's a great stack with the Smarty. It will also help out with a Smarty/TST stack.



A bit of pressure goes a long way to improve your drivability. Just run the MP-8 below 50%-60% and you shouldn't exceed your rail pressure sensor limit.

Call TS and tell them your going to stack it with and SMARTY and see what you can do to get it back to them so they can tune it for you...

Better install a Rail pressure gauge while you're at it,so you know when to say when Towing on the 60hp level is great Oo.

Just found out that the wife has givin me permission to get a chip as my big christmas present. I can't wait to order the smarty. Everybody here makes it sound awesome. Does it get rid of virtually all turbo lag or what. Some guys say the throttle response is too touchy but i don't know how you get too touchy. Man i'm excited.

Per My conversation with TS Performance when I was planning on purchasing the TST PMCR they do not need to reprogram it for the PMCR and I am assuming that is the same for the Smarty. Correct me if I am wrong.

The throttle is way more sensitive... but like anything, you get used to it quick.

Whenever I put mine back to stock, it feels like I have to floor it to get moving!

You will love the Smarty... even on setting #1, it's a whole different truck, towing is a breeze now.

Well should i go ahead and order it or are they coming out with something new or improved for the smarty. And is it a downloader or is there a toggle switch to switch the settings. I tried to call after work but they were already closed seeing as i'm in az. So i will be going off of everything that you guys tells me. Does it have a safety setting for the transmission so i don'y ruin it in any way. Is this chip really worth it and does it add more power to the 05's or was i mistaken i heard that about a month or 2 ago. If so how much more?
