Maybe someone can help you do the update yourself. It's probably pretty simple. It would have to be easier than sending it back. After all, you are a computer savvy TDR member!

Here is Mads site address... There are instructions to download the added programs. Just download them and print them. I will tell you that I had one heck of a time figuring out how to do it myself. Too much lingo that I didn't understand. I ended up fumbling through it. I too have alot to learn about computers. Hope this helps.

What wasn't clear to me, initially, was the need to download and install the 7-zip program for "unpacking" the compressed update files. There is a link on the MADS page: 7-Zip .

After you complete this step you will be able to use the downloaded updates. I don't know if this was your "roadblock", but it held me up for a bit.

Thanks for the reply. I spoke with Bob Wagner and he helped me out. It was a zip 7 issue though.

The old zip 7 issue, yes... I had it too. I told Marco they could have made it just a little bit clearer. Once you know about that, the rest is a breeze.
