Smarty jr or Edge with attiude?

I was going to order a smarty jr this mooring and the place I called insisted the edge with attitude was the better set up for what I want. I am not doing this for the hp, I want the mpg. We use our trucks for hauling only. Thats why I have left them stock. But the price of fuel is changing my mine. Have any of you guys had both? What do guys like?

I have the Juice w Attitude. Its a great box. 5 settings you can adjust on the fly and a slew of gauges. Also, it has built in safety parameters as well as alarms. I don't think you will see more than 1 mpg with it. Never had a Smarty.

I had a Juice-Attitude on my 06' Megacab for a little over a year. It was a good box. But got a Smarty Jr. back in Dec. and I like it alot better. Power comes on alot stronger, mileage is up 1 to 2 mpg. unloaded and towing. Truck just feels stronger with it than what it did with the Edge.

Can anyone tell me what the Beta software is? Will the sjr come with the latest softwaer in it?
