Smarty JR setting codes

I run the junior in the tow mode with the torque on default and timing on 3. I have ran like this for a while now and all of a sudden my truck will throw a po336 and or a po 335 code.

If I clear the code it will come back and truck will miss and buck on the highway @ road speed.

Once the software is returned to stock truck runs fine and no more codes.

WTF crank sensor on the way out?

No tst or rockteck or any other mod except for air mods and smarty jr.

This truck was setting cam sensor codes after the dealer attempted to fix an oil leak. The dealer eventually had to put in a new cam after 5-6 timing sensors. [took the tech over 1 day to reinstall the cam gear the first time they opened it up] Then it needed a cam.

Is it possible that they have another flash to mess up the smarty users? The one code was unknown by the smarty. I do not think the dealer reflashed it but who would know.

I find this odd because I ran the timing on max up untill the cam repair and never had a crank code. Untill after the repair.

I grabbed a new sensor and threw it in the door just in case.

The software was downloaded in dec 08.
